The last couple of days have been so warm I swore Spring had arrived. The snow was almost all gone. The sun was ever so nicely warm. The trees were confused & starting to show buds. There was even green grass showing in places. It was absolutely beautiful!
On our walk two days ago – yesterday was the same thing, though even warmer!
Well, seems ol’ man winter isn’t done with us just yet. *laugh*
Trees are now heavy with snow behind our house. (No way I am going for a walk to get a photo of the same place as above! Way too deep! *laugh*)
Today was declared a snow day for all kids across the Island. We’re under a snowfall warning and a blowing snow warning that started late last night. When it all ends, “they” say we’ll have around 20cm of the white stuff. Though for some reason I think it’s going to be more than that…
Our porch & gallery are completely covered.
And my son, Jordyn, is out in all it’s glory with the excitement of a kid on a snow day. Though I’m sure he would much rather be in school so he could play with his friends in it! *laugh*
