I’ve made a life changing decision this past week. One that is going to see some changes happen to this website over the next week or so.
You see, I’ve decided to move away from jewelry and into the world of yarn and crocheting. Well actually, looking back over the last month or so, that decision had been made a while back I was just afraid to acknowledge it until now. I’ll still be doing some jewelry. It just won’t be my main focus any longer.
My dreams have changed since my passion for yarn and crochet have blossomed. I no longer want to just sell my jewelry from home. I want to crochet to my hearts content, sell my patterns & the items I make, and teach others how to crochet. Though, my big dream is to have my own yarn store where I can do all that and then some. *grin* I plan to do all this through my other website – By Hook & Yarn.
Don’t fret though! I will still have this here website but with a different focus & a few cosmetic changes. That I plan on working on over the next week or so. What you’ll find on this website in the coming weeks will be my crochet patterns, the odd jewelry piece, and my crocheted items. All of which will be presented in photo format and those interested in owning any of those items will be able to do so at their leisure.
My weblog will continue to be updated & become the main focus of this website. It will share with you my journey & life rather than discussing crochet, or jewelry, or reviews of things and what-have-you. It will become more personal. Everything related to crocheting and yarn will be now found at By Hook & Yarn.
My newsletter will no longer exist. Other than adding my items for purchase and updating my weblog, nothing else will be added to this site. I haven’t quite decided what I’m going to do with my Facebook page as of yet. Am leaning towards keeping it and using it as a “catch-all” for everything to do with me.
Don’t think I left anything out. *laugh* So stay tuned! Big changes are happening here & I couldn’t be more excited! Hope you’ll continue to stick with me while I see what else life has coming my way. *grin*
