2010 Goals in Sight

After some reflection last night on the past year of my jewelry business, I’ve written out my goals for this year. They’re a little different from last years due to finding my focus later in the year. *smiles*

The main goal for me in 2010 is to move past my fears, and just go for things no matter how scary it may be!

Here is my list for this year’s business goals: (not in any particular order of course *laugh*)

  • add a new piece of jewelry once per week
  • print business cards
  • update site main image with photos of my “focus” collection with a new photo of me by February
  • offer sale on jewelry every month
  • have bags & tags for all pieces ready by February
  • have photos of all jewelry & crochet pieces cataloged, printed and have in a physical catalog by June
  • add one post to blog each week
  • have studio ready for opening in July
  • have new site (to be announced in coming weeks) established and have active members by April

On a more personal note, my goal for this year will be to legally change my birth name (Tina) to Kcrystina. I have been meaning to do this for a few years now, and just never got around to it. I think the reason behind that was my fear of disappointing my Mom with the name change. She doesn’t care for it and thinks it’s silly – that’s her thoughts though, not mine. I love the name Kcrystina,  one because I have always felt I was meant to be a “Christina”; and two, because Kcrystina resonates with my birth number of 4. (Incidentally, I was born at 4:44am … which I found out after I found out my birth number.)

2010 is definitely MY year to shine! *grin*
