Mosaic Shawl
I mentioned in my that I’m working on a shawl that my Mom has requested. I also mentioned that I would get a photo of my progress to date on it. Well here it is! *laugh* (the colors of this are much more deeper than what this pic shows)

Homemade Stitch Markers
I had been searching whenever I went into a store for stitch markers like the ones I’ve seen others use. You know the ones I’m talking about… the ones with cool beads that fit on any knitting needle to mark a place that you need to be reminded of something changing in your pattern. After searching and searching, finding some but not liking what I saw… I finally dawned on me that I could make my own! DUH! *laugh* I have all the tools and supplies necessary to make them… so I went to it one night and this is what I came up with…

Busy Bee in the Studio
Last week I hit my head, real good too – think I gave myself a concussion. *laugh* (don’t ask how! really dumb lol) Because of the hit I was in such pain that I couldn’t do any knitting, crocheting or jewelry making. And man was that ever hard not to do! I was itching to get my hands into some yarn over those 4 days… think I might have developed a twitch & begun dreaming that I’m crocheting or knitting. lol
